Back to Weight Watchers

I went! I'm on the right track to following my plan... my official weigh-in was 166.4- a gain of 1.6. Actually not that bad considering how much I was eating. 

Ok, recommitment starts NOW!

Next Sunday- I'll see ya lighter!

  2. You go girl! The program works! I've "stopped going" for financial reasons... choosing between buying the more expensive, better, healthier foods or paying weekly fees I decided to stick with the extra towards groceries for the entire family!

    I must confess it's MUCH better though to go to the meetings! Not only do they share ideas, etc. but you get coupons & for some reason seem more accountable!

    Great job taking the first step! Keep us updated & show us what a loser you can be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
