Day 29: A new low

I finally made up my WW meeting this morning and I am pleased to announce a WHOLE NEW LOW- 161.6. 

The last few days I have been really monitoring myself using caloriecount.com and I think it is paying off! I am only 1.6 pounds away from my college weight-  my FRESHMAN year weight. Back then I thought I was sooooooo fat. I had just gained the "Freshman 30" and it only took a few months. Now, I am overjoyed to be back here again. I never thought it would happen. I am almost back to the weight I was at 12 years ago! What a great feeling!

Now its only a matter of time till I get down to my high school weight (130)... ; )

    @Rebecca- I'm shooting for between 1,200- 1,500. I usually fall around 1,400.

  5. I can totally relate! I remember when 155lbs was SOOOO fat for me; now I would give anything to weigh that again. Sigh, I'll get there! But not before you, lil miss only 1.6lbs away!! Do it, do it!!

    P90X is totally for girls too! I'm doing the Doubles program, but the double workouts don't start until Phase 2 (I'm still in Phase 1). There's also the classic, and lean (which is more cardio than classic). If you don't have it yet, let me know - I'm a Beachbody Coach, and if you order it through me, Beachbody will assign me as your Coach!
